BeatStars Bulk Upload (2026): How to Upload Many Beats at Once
Can you bulk upload beats on BeatStars? What File Storage, bulk edit and bulk contracts really do in 2026, step by step, and how to release a whole batch on a schedule.
BeatStars Bulk Upload: How to Upload Many Beats at Once
Short answer: BeatStars lets you upload many files at once (in Studio → File Storage), and edit, price or license many tracks at once. But each track is still created one by one, with its own form. To publish a whole batch without doing it by hand, you need a scheduler that creates the tracks for you.
Everything below comes from the BeatStars Help Center (checked November 2026).
What you can do in bulk on BeatStars
| Task | In bulk? | Where in BeatStars Studio |
| Upload audio, zips and images | Yes | File Storage → Upload files |
| Create the tracks | No, one form per track | Content → Tracks → Create Track |
| Edit title, genre, mood... | Yes | Content → Tracks → list view → Edit |
| Attach tracks to a license | Yes | Contracts → license → Tracks tab |
| Change the price of a license | Yes | Contracts → Default Price → Apply to all tracks |
Step 1: bulk upload your files to File Storage
- Open BeatStars Studio and go to File Storage.
- Click Upload files (top right).
- Select all your files: WAV or MP3, zip files with stems, cover images.
- When they are uploaded, click the 3 dots under a file to create a track from it.
Watch out: storage is unlimited, but files in File Storage expire after 30 days. They stay on the beats you already published, but unused files are deleted. Don't upload three months of beats there and forget them.
Step 2: create each track
Every beat still needs its own track form. You can click Create Track, or drag and drop up to 4 files at once (WAV, MP3, artwork and a stems zip).
- Stems need the Growth or Professional plan.
- BeatStars' AI can fill the title and description, and Autofill metadata fills BPM, key, genres, moods and instruments. Check them.
- Tags are not autofilled: you type them yourself. Our free type beat tag generator gives you a list in seconds.
- Declare any samples or loops, even royalty-free ones.
- Pick the visibility: Public, Private or Unlisted.
- You can set a future Release Date in your time zone instead of publishing right away.
The full list of file rules is in our guide to BeatStars upload requirements.
Step 3: fix the rest in bulk
- Bulk edit: Content → Tracks → list view (3 lines) → scroll until all beats show → tick the boxes or Select All → Edit.
- Bulk contracts: Contracts → open a license → Tracks tab → select the tracks (or Select all) → Publish.
- Bulk price: Contracts → enter the Default Price → Apply to all tracks → Confirm. It overrides the price of every eligible track for that license.
Big changes can take a while, and BeatStars blocks other changes until they are applied.
The real problem: releasing a batch, not uploading it
Uploading 20 files is fast. Filling 20 track forms, then posting the same beats on YouTube one by one, is what eats your nights. And posting 20 beats the same day is not a release plan.
With ScheduleBeats, you drop your beats once, set your posting times, and click Fill Schedule: every beat gets a date. At that time, ScheduleBeats publishes it on BeatStars and YouTube, and can post a Short too. See how the BeatStars scheduler works, or send beats straight from FL Studio with the ScheduleBeats plugin.
